Our pension guest house is located only 21 km from the cms_selflink and 5 km from the city of Suchdol nad Lužnicí away in the loveley village Františkov near the stream Luznice.

The proximity to the Austrian border and the many excursion possibilities to the closest austrian district Waldviertel are appreciated by our guests.

We offer accomodation in the middle of the nature reserve, with direct access to one of the most popular cycling routes in the country.

The newly built pension guest house is ideal for relaxing weekends far away from city noise and suitable for nature-conscious people and active family holidays. Especially, cycling-, hiking-, canoeing-, and fishing enthusiasts will get their costs.

Needless to say, even on hot days, with the numerous close ponds and lakes, our bathers and aquatic enthusiasts will not pass too short.
